Its Entertainment segment consists of its television networks, ShopHQ, ShopBulldogTV, ShopHQHealth, ShopJewelryHQ and 1-2-3.tv, which service homes throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Germany and Austria. Its Consumer Brands segment consists of Christopher & Banks (C&B), J.W. Hulme Company (JW), Cooking with Shaquille ONeal (Shaq), OurGalleria.com andTheCloseout.com, which are primarily e-commerce within the United States. Its Media Commerce Services segment consists of iMedia Digital Services (iMDS), Float Left (FL) and i3PL, which service homes throughout the United States and Canada. FL is an over the top (OTT) software-as-a-service (SaaS) application platform that offers digital tools to the media and consumer brands.
