Biotechnology operates through Impact BioMedical, Inc., which targets unmet, urgent medical needs and expands the borders of medical and pharmaceutical science. Direct Marketing offers nutritional and personal care products. Commercial Lending operates through American Pacific Bancorp, which provides an integrated suite of financial services for businesses. Alternative Trading develops and acquires assets and investments in the securities trading and funds management arena.
