Company Profile

Cadiz Inc. is a provider of clean water solutions. The Company is focused on delivering clean water to people through a variety of water supply, storage, conveyance and treatment projects. The Company operates through two segments: Land and Water Resources, and Water Treatment. Its Land and Water Resources segment includes all activities of the Company’s properties in the eastern Mojave Desert including the water project development and agricultural operations. The Company’s Water Treatment segment, through its subsidiary, ATEC Water Systems LLC, provides water filtration solutions for impaired or contaminated groundwater sources. The Cadiz Valley water conservation, recovery and storage project captures and conserves renewable native groundwater flowing beneath the Company’s property in California’s Mojave Desert. It owns approximately 46,000 acres of land in three areas of Southern California’s Mojave Desert: the Cadiz Valley, Danby Dry Lake, and the Piute Valley (Cadiz Property).
