Real estate certificates are mainly offered to investors through a bid and are listed on the Brussels Euronext Regulated Market. Some are offered through a private offer. Immo-Beaulieu issues real estate certificates that are admitted to trading on the Brussels Euronext Regulated Market, being specified that the shares constituting the capital of the Company Immo-Beaulieu are neither offered to the public nor, a fortiori, admitted to trading on a regulated market.
