Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with proprietary platform developed at its laboratory facility in France. Through its wholly owned subsidiary TFChem S.A.R.L., the Company specializes in stabilizing carbohydrate molecules. The principal activities of the Company include development of cosmetic and pharmaceutical active ingredients. TFChem develops and markets its GlycoMim technology for pharmaceutical and biotechnology comp anies. TFChem’s proprietary chemistry technology can be applied to the development of several pharmaceutical domains such as cancer, diabetes, pain and inflammation and cardio-vascular diseases. Its cosmetic therapeutic area includes skincare-dark spot corrector (Rx & OTC), cell preservation and repair (including keloid and scar therapy), skincare-anti aging/anti-wrinkle and skincare-cellulite treatment. It has developed an active ingredient, TFC-1067 for the treatment of Dyschromia (Dark spots on the skin).
