The Company is focused on serving central and state road authorities, for construction, operation and maintenance of road infrastructure in India. The Company operates through two segments: Toll Collection, Operation & Maintenance and Construction. The Company is focused on collection of toll and construction of roads along with other ancillary activities such as road repairs and maintenance of flyovers, roads and allied structures. The Toll Collection, Operation & Maintenance segment is engaged in the collection of tolls as per the contracts entered with various Government authorities and providing road repairs and maintenance of flyovers, roads and allied structures to its subsidiaries. The Construction segment is focused on construction of roads as per the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts entered into with its subsidiaries and Jointly controlled entities.
