HeliosX Lithium & Technologies Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and mining technology company. The Company’s projects consist of Teels Marsh, Alkali Lake, and Guayatoyoc. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dajin Resources (US) Corp, holds approximately 62 placer claims in the Alkali Spring valley of Esmeralda County and holds 403 placer mining claims covering 7,914 acres in the Teels Marsh valley of Mineral County. Teels Marsh is located approximately 190 kilometers (km) southeast of Reno, and 80 kilometers northwest of the Clayton Valley which hosts Albemarle’s Silver Peak Lithium Brine Mine. The Alkali Spring valley lithium project is located approximately 12 km northeast of Albemarle Corporation’s Silver Peak Lithium Brine operation in the Clayton Valley, near Silver Peak, Nevada. The Guayatoyoc salar project is located in northwestern Argentina.
