Wayfair Inc. (Wayfair) is an online destination for the home. The Company through its e-commerce platform offers customers visually inspired browsing and compelling merchandising. The Company’s segments are the U.S. and International, which includes its businesses in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Ireland. The U.S. segment primarily consists of amounts earned through product sales through Wayfair’s family of sites in the United States. The International segment primarily consists of amounts earned through product sales through Wayfair’s international sites. It has an online selection of furniture, decor, housewares, and home improvement products. The Company’s brands include Wayfair, Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, Perigold, and Wayfair Professional. The Company also features certain products under its house brands, such as Three Posts and Mercury Row.
