Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. is a producer and marketer of plant-based food and beverage products. The Company is engaged in developing crop improvements, primarily in wheat, designed to enhance farm economics by improving the performance of crops in the field, as well as their value as food ingredients. The Company is using non-genetically modified (non-GMO) advanced breeding techniques to develop products. The Company’s product portfolio includes GoodWheat Consumer Products, Zola Coconut Water, CBD Body Care ProVault Topical Pain Relief and GoodWheat Wheat Traits. Its portfolio consists of two body care brands that both contain CBD. The first brand is ProVault, a muscle and joint pain relief product that is formulated with THC-free CBD isolate along with a blend of natural ingredients and fast-acting cooling agents. The second brand is SoulSpring, a CBD-infused line of bath and body products that includes nourishing botanicals and minerals.
