The Company focuses the investments on commercial real-estate, offices, semi-industrial buildings, as well as residential properties. The Company acquires, sells, renovates and redevelops properties in the mentioned sectors. As part of the development of the real estate, the Company made a decision to separate the two types of business conducted within them, namely the construction of a hand and the immovable estate, on the other hand, transferring the latter activity in a real estate investment trust. The Company’s portfolio consists of properties predominantly located in the Region of Liege, as well as in Walloon, Brussels.
