Utopya Turizm Insaat Isletmecilik Tic. AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the management of touristic facilities, hotels, and shopping malls, as well as in the construction of tunnels, channels, sewage systems and infrastructure. The Company has completed the construction of its tourism project, Utopia World Hotel in June 2007 and its shopping mall project, Malltepe AVM in October 2008. The management of both of the projects belongs with the Company. The Company also has a number of contracting businesses. The projects that the Company has completed include Karasu (Sakarya) Kanalizasyon Insaati, M.E.B. Hasanoglan Mkz. Insaati, Bartin (Merkez) Kanalizasyon Insaati, Kastamonu Icmesuyu Insaati, Istanbul Cad. Kollektor Insaati, and S.S. Tasucu Koop. 402 Konut Insaati.
