Workhorse Group, Inc. is a technology company that provides solutions to the commercial transportation sector. The Company designs and manufactures all-electric delivery trucks and drone systems, including the technology that optimizes the way these vehicles operate. It is an original equipment manufacturer, and its products are marketed under the Workhorse brand. All Workhorse last-mile delivery trucks are assembled in its Union City, Indiana production facility. The Company’s Electric Delivery Truck Platforms include Product Roadmap, C-Series Electric Delivery Trucks, E-Series Electric Delivery Vans, and Stables and Stalls. The Company’s aerospace offers HorseFly, which includes a custom-designed, purpose-built, all-electric Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The Company also has an engineering and technical design center in Wixom, Michigan, as well as an engineering, technical design and production facility for its drone systems in Mason, Ohio.
