The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, provides or invests in regulated natural gas and electricity, and renewable energy, as well as non-regulated renewable energy. The Company’s segment includes Wisconsin, Illinois, Other States and Electric Transmission. Wisconsin segment is engaged primarily in the generation of electricity and the distribution of electricity and natural gas in Wisconsin and generates electricity and distributes electricity and natural gas to customers located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Illinois segment is engaged primarily in the distribution of natural gas in Illinois. Other state segment is engaged primarily in the distribution of natural gas in Minnesota and Michigan, respectively. Non-utility energy infrastructure segment is principally engaged in the ownership of electric power generating facilities. Its segments also include Electric transmission segment.
