The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Property investment and management segment is engaged in holding and management of assets for capital appreciation and rental income. Its property development portfolio includes townships, luxury homes, high-rise residences, integrated commercial developments, office towers, hotels, and shopping malls. Its engineering and construction business covers, airports, dam, civil works and water supply schemes and hospitals.
