The Company is focused on identifying and capitalizing on share price discounts to underlying asset values of listed companies, primarily listed investment companies (LICs) and listed investment trusts (LITs). The Company’s investment objectives are to provide capital growth over the medium-to-long term, deliver a stream of fully franked dividends and preserve capital. The Company invests in line with three principles: focus on discounted asset opportunities; invest in LICs and LITs trading at a discount to their underlying asset values, and utilize a portfolio-based and index unaware investment methodology.
