Company Profile
VICI Properties Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company owns portfolios of gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destinations, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas. It is primarily engaged in the business of owning and acquiring gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destinations, subject to long-term triple net leases. The Company’s geographically diverse portfolio consists of 54 gaming facilities across the United States and Canada comprising approximately 124 million square feet and features approximately 60,300 hotel rooms and more than 450 restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and sportsbooks. Its properties are occupied by gaming and hospitality operators under long-term, triple-net lease agreements. It also has interest in the Rocky Gap Casino Resort (Rocky Gap), located in Flintstone, Maryland. It also owns four championship golf courses and 33 acres of undeveloped and underdeveloped land adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip.
