It has two ice-cream production facilities in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. It is processing frozen fruits, vegetables and processed foods at factory situated in Dharampur, District Valsad, Gujarat. The Company exports to various countries across globe. It operates through a single segment, Food segment. The Company’s subsidiaries include Vadilal Industries USA (Inc.), Vadilal Cold Storage, Varood Industries Ltd., Vadilal Delight Ltd. and Vadilal Industries Pty Ltd.
