Tijara & Real Estate Investment Co KSCP is a Kuwait -based real estate company that operates in accordance with Share’ a. The Company’s operations are organized into three reportable operating segments, which includes Real Estate management segment that comprises investment and trading in real estate and construction or development of real estate for the sale in the ordinary course of business and the provision of other related real estate services. Investment management segment that comprises participation in financial and real estate funds and managing the group’s liquidity requirements. Other management that comprises other activities rather than real estate and investment activities. The Company’s subsidiaries and associates’ companies include Madar Al Kuwait Trading and Contracting Company – Single Person Company, Tilal Real Estate Company W.L.L. and Al Madar Al Thahabia Company W.L.L.
