Company Profile

Target Hospitality Corp. is a specialty rental and hospitality services company. The Company has relocatable specialty rental accommodation units with 16,830 beds across 31 communities. It operates through three segments: Hospitality and Facility Services – South (HFS – South), Government and All Other. HFS – South operations consist primarily of specialty rental and vertically integrated hospitality services from customers located primarily in Texas and New Mexico. Its facilities and operations include 16 communities located across Texas and New Mexico. The Government includes the facilities and operations of the family residential center and the related support communities in Dilley, Texas (the South Texas Family Residential Center) provided under a lease and services agreement with a national provider of migrant programming. All Other consist primarily of specialty rental and vertically integrated hospitality services from customers located outside of the HFS – South segment.
