Tamdeen Investment Co KSCP is a Kuwait-based Investment company primarily engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the provision of financial investment solutions and portfolio management services within Kuwait and the Middle East region. The Company also is involved in the provision of financial advisory services; trading in local & international securities, borrowing, lending and issuing guarantees, and managing investment funds, as well as investing surplus funds in investment and portfolios managed by specialized companies. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Al Madina Al Thania General Trading and Contracting Company, Al Madina Al Namozagia General Trading and Contracting Company, Wafra Holding Company, Al Adiyat International Real Estate Company, Tamdeen Consulting Company and Tamdeen First For Real Estate Trading Company. In June, 2014, the Company acquired additional 60% stakes in Tamdeen Imtiazat Holding Company’s share capital.
