Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged primarily in the business of gyms, spas, aerobics, yoga and health counseling. The Company operates through Lifestyle Business segment. The Company provides a range of wellness programs consisting of Zumba program, Zorba-The Yoga Studio, Nuform, Reduce and Group X, among others. It also includes Medastouch brand, which provides ayurvedic services. Its Reduce brand is accessible through approximately 105 centers, online and offline media. Its Reduce brand offers approximately 65 ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products, including five varieties of herbal tea, healthy puffs, soups, muesli options and others. Its Nuform uses electrical impulses to stimulate and exercise deep muscle groups. It operates approximately 76 Nuform centers with doorstep and corporate services. It has six theme therapy centers across Hyderabad under its ayurveda line Medastouch.
