Sudatel Telecom Group Limited is a Sudan-based public shareholding company that operates in the telecommunication sector. The Company is engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the provision of installation, maintenance and operation of telecommunication services, infrastructure and the provision of wire and wireless telecommunication services in Sudan and other African countries, including Mauritania, Senegal, Ghana and Nigeria. The Company is organized into two business segments: the telecom services segment is divided into mobile and fixed line services, and the investments segment. The Company’s business products and services include Internet services, connectivity services, voice services, customized services, among others. Its personal products include mobile, fixed, Internet and virtual agent services (VAS), among others. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Sudanese Internet Company Limited and Sudatel Engineering Company Limited, among others.
