GoldSpot Discoveries Corp. is a Canada-based technology company. The Company is engaged in providing full suite of software as a service (SaaS) tools and services for mineral exploration. The Company operates through two segments: Exploration Technology Division and Financial Technology Division. The Exploration Technology Division houses the Company’s exploration SaaS, and global consulting services and field services divisions. The Financial Technology Division houses the Company’s financial technology and investment portfolio. The Company technology, LithoLens, is a core imaging technology, which automatically and consistently examines old core images to create geological logs. It turns old core photos into georeferenced core images and use deep learning algorithms to enhance the images and extract geological information. The software platform extracts information from drill core images and video, outcrop photography, and within-borehole sensors.
