The Company is engaged in the business of editing, printing and publishing newspapers and periodicals. The Company is a publisher of SANDESH, which is a Gujarati daily newspaper in Gujarat Region. It also runs Gujarati news channel, Sandesh Telecast. Sandesh publishes over six editions across the State of Gujarat. The Company operates through two segments: Media and Finance. Media is the core business of the Company. The Company offers various products and services, including printing and publishing of newspapers and magazines, Out of Home, Digital media (Mobile Application and website), and News and Current Affairs TV Channel. It offers a Gujarati news application and has digital presence of over millions of the followers across all platforms. Out Of Home (OOH) media solutions in the name of Spotlight.
