As of January 1, 2012, the Company’s major shareholder was Evraziyskaya promyshlennaya kompaniya AO with a stake of 75%. As of April 17, 2012, Eurasian Natural Resources Corp PLC completed the acquisition of Shubarkol’ Komir AO.
