Company Profile

QEM Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company operates through two business segments: Development assets, and Exploration and evaluation assets, which include assets that are associated with the determination and assessment of the existence of commercial economic reserves. It is focused on the exploration and development of its flagship Julia Creek Project, covering approximately 250 square kilometers (km2) in the Julia Creek area of Northwestern Queensland. The Julia Creek vanadium and oil shale project consists of a total of four exploration permits: EPM 26429, EPM 25681, EPM 25662 and EPM 27057. The Company’s Julia Creek Project is located over six kilometers east of the township of Julia Creek and is intersected by the main infrastructure corridor of the Flinders Highway and the Great Northern Railway connecting Mt. Isa to Townsville.
