Prominence Energy Ltd. is an Australia-based company. The Company’s principal activity includes exploration, development and production of oil and gas projects. Its geographical segments include Australia and the United States of America. Its projects include Bowsprit Oil Project and WA-519-P Project. The Company holds and operates the Bowsprit Petroleum Lease at 100% working interest, covering a total of 635 acres in the Breton Sound Area of Louisiana. The Lease is located approximately 70 kilometers southeast of New Orleans in approximately three meters of water. The Company has 12.5% interest in the Sasanof Gas prospect located under exploration Permit WA-519-P on the Northwest Shelf, Australia. WA-519-P is located offshore Western Australia, on the Exmouth Plateau, approximately 200 kilometers northwest of Onslow. Its subsidiaries include Sun Delta Inc., Sun Beta LLC, Sun Woodbine Inc., Sun Eagle Ford LLC, Sun Operating LLC, and Sun Southern Woodbine LLC.
