The Company’s product portfolio includes a range of dairy items, such as milk, yoghurt, yoghurt drink, traditional and modern cheeses, butter and cream, as well as fruit juices, mayonnaise, ketchups, puddings, honey, sauces, jams and jellies, desserts and powdered products. The Company has two production facilities in Izmir and Eskisehir. The Company exports its production to a range of foreign countries. As of November 13, 2012, the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies included Yasar Birlesik Pazarlama AS, Desa Enerji AS, Pinar Anadolu Gida AS, Pinar ET AS and Pinar Foods GmBH. The Company is a subsidiary of Yasar Holding AS.
