Pearl Gull Iron Limited is an Australia-based iron ore exploration and development company. The Company is fully focused on the exploration, development and commercialization of high-grade iron ore mineralization from its significant, strategic tenure position on Cockatoo Island. The mining lease granted to the Company is M04/235. The Cockatoo Island is situated off the coast of Northwest Australia and has iron ore mining. The Company holds a significant tenure position, as well as critical infrastructure on Cockatoo Island. The Company’s exploration project on Cockatoo Island comprises three key areas, including Switch Pit, North Bay and the Magazine Pit. The Magazine Pit area is located in the southeast part of the tenement package and exploration in this area target medium grade haematite suitable for beneficiation, as was undertaken previously on the island.
