Patagonia Gold Corp, formerly known as Hunt Mining Corp., is a mineral exploration and production company. The Company’s activities include the exploration and production of minerals from properties in Argentina and Chile. It holds, directly or indirectly through its subsidiaries or under option agreements, the mineral rights and interests to over 350 properties in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. The Company is present in Santa Cruz province through the Martha mine. The Company also owns the Calcatreu Project in the Rio Negro province, which is a gold and silver project. The Company Management is based mainly in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the Company maintains offices and support facilities in Perito Moreno and Jacobacci and its operation sites.
