Company Profile

Parabellum Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in developing rare earth deposits around the world. The Company’s Khotgor rare earth element (REE) Project offers exposure to an undeveloped rare earth deposit. The Khotgor REE deposit (License MV-015631) is located approximately 530 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Ulaanbaatar in the Omnogovi Aimag province of Mongolia. The license covers an area of approximately 20 square kilometers, which is relatively flat with a relief of approximately 30-40 meters. The Company owns tenure in New South Wales (NSW) across four projects, such as the Lunns Dam, Redlands-Whitbarrow and Recovery Projects in the Tottenham-Girilambone district of central-west NSW, which comprises four granted exploration licenses covering approximately 690 square kilometers; and the Obley Project in the Yeoval district of central NSW, which comprises one granted exploration license covering approximately 180 square kilometers.
