Parabellum Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource projects. The Company’s project includes Khotgor Rare Earths, Lunns Dam, Redlands-Whitbarrow and Obley. The Khotgor Rare Earths Project is located approximately 530 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Ulaanbaatar in the Omnogovi Aimag province of Mongolia. The Lunns Dam license (EL 8847) is situated approximately 10 km northwest of the village of Tottenham and approximately 130 km west of the city of Dubbo in the central west of New South Wales. The Redlands license (EL 9188) and Whitbarrow license (EL 8852) are situated approximately 25km west of the town of Nyngan in the central west of New South Wales. The Obley license (EL 8846) is situated approximately 15 km northwest of the town of Yeoval and approximately 40 km south of the city of Dubbo in the central west of New South Wales.
