Odas Elektrik Uretim Sanayi Ticaret AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the energy and mining industries. The Company’s activities are divided into four segments: Energy Product, Energy Sale, Mine and Others. The Energy Product division is focused on generation of electricity, operating natural gas, coal and solar driven power plants in Turkey and Uzbekistan. The Energy Sale segment is comprised of electricity retail and natural gas wholesale. The Mine division is responsible for holding licenses for mine site operations, mining gold, silver, copper, coal and antimony. Mining activities also include the production of antimony trioxide. The Other segment comprises of hydroelectric and other renewable electric power generation projects. The Company owns a number of subsidiaries including Can2 Termik AS, Kucuk Enerji Uretim ve Ticaret Ltd Sti, Suda Maden AS and ODAS Dogalgaz Toptan Satis Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, among others.
