The Splinter Rock and Grass Patch Projects are located in the Esperance-Goldfields region of Western Australia about 30 to 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the major port and town of Esperance. Splinter Rock Project is a 2,579 square kilometers tenement package located approximately 150 km northeast of Esperance, Western Australia, comprising six granted exploration licenses, being E63/2115, E69/3904, E69/3905, E69/3907, E69/3893 and E69/3894. Grass Patch Project is a 2,248 square kilometers tenement package located about 30 km to 100 km north of Esperance, Western Australia, comprising four granted exploration licenses, being E63/2151, E63/2152, E63/2185 and E63/2154 and two exploration license applications, being E63/2153 and E74/693.
