Company Profile
New Stratus Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas company focused on Latin America. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas properties. It operates on three segments: Ecuador, Colombia, and Canada. The Company’s VMM-18 project is located at Cuenca Valle Medio del Magdalena in Colombia. It also holds a 35% operated working interest in the Service Contracts for the Blocks, which are located in the Orellana Province in the prolific Oriente Basin in Ecuador. The Blocks have accumulated primary production of approximately 373 million barrels of oil.
