Company Profile
NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on providing real estate capital to state-licensed cannabis operators through sale-leaseback transactions, third-party purchases and funding for build-to-suit projects. The Company’s properties are leased to single tenants on a long-term, triple-net basis, which obligates the tenant to be responsible for the ongoing expenses of a property, in addition to its rent obligations. The Company supplies real estate capital primarily to companies that cultivate, produce and/or dispense cannabis. The Company owns a geographically diversified portfolio consisting of approximately 32 properties across 12 states with over 13 tenants, comprised of approximately 17 dispensaries and 15 cultivation facilities. Its properties are in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
