Nevada Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company, which is focused on gold exploration in Nevada. The Company is in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, North Grass Valley and Awakening. The Company’s South Grass Valley Project consists of unpatented mining claims held directly by the Company. Its North Grass Valley Project consists of unpatented mining claims held directly by the Company. The North Grass Valley Project is located along the western edge of Grass Valley. Its Kelly Creek Project is located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend within the prolific Kelly Creek Basin, between multi-million-ounce Carlin-type gold deposits (CTGDs) at both the north and south ends of the Basin. The Awakening project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 kilometers north-northwest of Winnemucca, and approximately 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine.
