Neo Performance Materials Inc. is a Canada-based company that manufactures advanced industrial materials, such as magnetic powders and magnets, specialty chemicals, metals, and alloys. The Company’s segments include Magnequench, Chemicals & Oxides (C&O) and Rare Metals (RM). The Magnequench segment is engaged in the production of permanent magnetic powders used in bonded and hot-deformed, fully dense neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets. These powders are formed through its technology related to the development, processing, and manufacturing of neo magnetic powders. The C&O segment manufactures and distributes a range of advanced industrial materials. The RM segment sources, reclaims, produces, refines, and markets high-value specialty metals and their compounds. These products include both high-temperature metals and electronic metals. Applications from products made in this segment primarily include superalloys for jet engines, medical imaging, wireless technologies and LED lighting.
