Company Profile

Northcliff Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral resource company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and development of mineral properties. The Company holds an 88.5% economic interest in the Sisson Tungsten and Molybdenum Project (the Sisson Project), located in New Brunswick, Canada. The Sisson Project is located approximately 100 kilometers by road northwest of Fredericton, New Brunswick. The property is comprised of three mineral leases and covers approximately 14,140-hectares. The Sisson Project hosts a structurally controlled tungsten-molybdenum deposit that obliquely spans a north-trending, nearly vertical contact between two phases of the Howard Peak Granodiorite to the west and metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks to the east. The Sisson Project is a metal producer and provides the primary supply of tungsten and molybdenum to North American, European, and Asian markets.
