Mont Royal Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is principally engaged in the business of mineral exploration in Canada. The Company’s projects include Wapatik Gold-Copper Project and Northern Lights Projects, which include Northern Lights Assets, Focus Graphite Assets and Dios Assets. The Wapatik Gold-Copper Project consists of 220 claims totaling approximately 115 square kilometers (km2) in continuous tenure. The project is located approximately 93 kilometers (km) east of the Eastmain airport and 58 km southwest from the Eleonore Gold mine. The Northern Lights Project are situated in the Upper Eastmain Greenstone belt, approximately 300 km north-northeast of the town of Chibougamau and 56km south of Renard Diamond mine. The Northern Lights Projects hold a total land package of 536 km2 of the underexplored greenstone belt, approximately 150 km in length, up to 20 km wide and are located 316 km by road from Chibougamau, mining center with workforce and process plants.
