MinRex Resources Limited is an Australia-based battery metals explorer with lithium-tin-tantalum projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Company also has a portfolio of gold and other metals projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt, New South Wales. The Company’s tenements package covers over 500 square kilometers (km2) of prospective ground targeting multi-commodity type deposits. Its projects include Marble Bar Lithium Project and Sofala Gold Project. The Marble Bar projects, which cover an area of 71km2 encompassing the Sisters (E45/5871), Garden Creek (E45/5869) and Talga (E45/5873) tenements, are located within a 30 kilometer (km) radius of the Marble Bar town site. The Sisters and Garden Creek tenements cover portions of the fertile Marble Bar Greenstone belt. The Sofala Project is located in the East Lachlan Fold Belt, 180kms Northwest of Sydney, a mining and exploration region which contains several golds, copper-gold and silver deposits.
