The Company develops, manages, and owns mixed-use residential communities, business and industrial parks, office buildings, retail commercial centers, and golf courses. The Company’s divisions include Community Development, Property Development, Investment Properties, REIT and Recreational Property. The Community Development division is engaged in acquiring raw land for commercial and residential community development. The Property Development is engaged in developing retail, office and industrial income producing properties on serviced commercial sites developed by community development. The Investment Properties division manages and leases the commercial developments produced by the property development. The REIT division owns and holds income producing properties. The Recreational Properties division owns and operates championship golf courses associated with its residential communities.
