The Company owns a hotel unit that has approximately 216 rooms under the name of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, which is located in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh. Its other facilities comprise a personal theatre with 52 reclining seats, swimming pool, spa, salon, gym and others. The hotel also comprises banqueting space (around 56,000 square feet) for events and functions. Its paper business addresses the manufacturing of recycled environment-friendly paper. Its paper manufacturing facility is focused on the utilization of wastepaper to manufacture a range of paper varieties. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of various paper products, including grey board, newsprint, duplex board, N.S. paper & board and kraft paper & board. It has an installed capacity of approximately 85,000 tons per annum.
