Its subsidiaries include Metro Altin Isletmeciligi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Metro Maden Pazarlama ve Dagitim Hizmetleri A.S., Metro Turizm Seyahat Organizasyon ve Ticaret A.S., Vanet Gida Sanayi Ic ve Dis Ticaret A.S., Metro Enerji Pazarlama ve Dagitim Hizmetleri A.S., Metro Kargo Tasimacilik ve Lojistik Hizmetleri A.S. and Van-Bes Besicilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., among others. In November 2013, the Company acquired 96% interest in Metro Turizm Otelcilik ve Petrol Urunleri Ticaret AS, an Istanbul-based travel agency, from Galip Ozturk.
