Marti Otel Isletmeleri AS, formerly Marmaris Marti Otel Isletmeleri AS, is a Turkey-based company engaged in the operation of tourist resorts and hotels located in Turkey. The Company owns and operates two hotels, Marti La Perla and Marti Myra, in Marmaris and Antalya; two holiday villages, Marti Resort and Marti Vacation Club, and a marina, Marti Marina. Marti Group hotels have a combined capacity of approximately 2,200 beds, whereas Marti Marina has a capacity of 301 afloat and 70 ashore yachts. Among the planned projects of the Company are a holiday village in Sarigerme, Mugla and a residential project in Cerkezkoy. Marti Otel Isletmeleri AS has business ties with tourism agencies from the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Russia.
