Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of chemical intermediates. Apart from chemicals, the Company has diversified business interests, including automotive and industrial electronics, renewable energy and textiles. It has three chemical manufacturing facilities, one at Ankleshwar in the state of Gujarat, which manufactures alcohol-based intermediates, and two others in the state of Andhra Pradesh, at Visakhapatnam, which manufactures Formaldehyde, Hexamine and Phenolic Resins and at Naidupeta, which manufactures Formaldehyde. The Company’s businesses include manufacture of chemicals, renewable energy generation, automotive & industrial electronics and textiles. The Company operates through two segments: Alco Chemicals and Solar Power. Alco Chemicals segment includes Pentaerythritol, Sodium Formate, Acetaldehyde, Formaldehyde, Hexamine, Resin and other. Solar Power segment includes Power generation.
