Kaili Resources Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in exploration for base metals, cobalt and gold. The Company projects include Yilgarn Craton (Gindalbie) Gold Project, Halls Creek Gold Cobalt Nickel and Copper Project, Tennant Creek Gold and Copper Project and Limestone Coast Rare Earth Element Project. The Yilgarn Craton (Gindalbie)Gold Project consists of two tenements, namely E31/1113 and E27/550 located in Western Australia, which covers an area of approximately 77 square kilometers (km2). Its Halls Creek Gold Cobalt Nickel and Copper Project comprises four granted tenements situated within the North East-South West trending Lamboo Province, namely Black and Glidden E 80/5112, Carrington E80/5113, Sandy Creek E80/5114 and WildDog E80/5115. Its Tennant Creek Gold and Copper Project is located in Northern Territory and covers two Exploration Licences (ELs), namely ELA 32666 and ELA 32665. Limestone Coast Rare Earth Element Project consists of EL 6856 in South Australia.
