As of December 31, 2011, it had such subsidiaries, as Gelisim Gayrimenkul ve Yatirim Ticaret A.S, a real estate development company, and YKS Tesis Yonetim Hizmetleri A.S, a facility-management services company. As of December 31, 2011, its largest shareholder was Yapi Kredi Bank (26%).
