Company Profile

The Karur Vysya Bank Limited (the Bank) is an India-based banking company. The Bank is engaged in providing a wide range of banking and financial services, including commercial banking and treasury operations. Its segments include Treasury, Corporate and Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, and Other Banking Operations. The Treasury segment comprises of investments in central and state government securities, debt instruments of banks, insurance companies, PSUs and corporates, certificate of deposits, mutual funds, and security and receipts, among others. The Corporate and Wholesale Banking segment includes all advances to trusts, partnership firms, companies and statutory bodies. The Retail Banking segment comprises of lending of funds and other banking services to any legal person including small business customers. The Other Banking Operations segment includes para-banking activities like bancassurance, third party product distribution, demat services and other banking transactions.
