International Prospect Ventures Ltd. is a Canada-based natural resource issuer involved in the process of acquiring and exploring mineral property assets. The Company uses its wholly owned subsidiary Valroc Ventures Pty Ltd (Valroc), a New South Wales company, to carry out business in Australia. The Company holds 14 tenements (eight exploration and six prospecting licenses) totaling approximately 11,790 hectares in the Eastern Pilbara; all 14 tenements, referred to as the Mosquito Creek Properties (MCP), overlie prospective areas of the Mosquito Creek Basin (aka Mosquito Creek Formation). The Company holds one exploration property in Canada (Porcupine Miracle Prospect). The Company owns a 100% interest in the Porcupine Miracle Project which (gold) comprises nine claim cells located in Langmuir Township in the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Property is subject to a net smelter return (NSR) royalty in favor of 2973090 Canada Inc, equal to 3% of net smelter returns.
