Indus Holding AG is Germany-based holding company engaged in the acquisition of small and medium-sized companies. The Company is active in five segments: Engineering, Automotive Components/Engineering, Metal/Metal Processing, Construction/Infrastructure and Medical Engineering/Life Science. The Construction/Infrastructure segment comprises companies engaged in the construction industry. The Automotive Components/Engineering segment comprises companies engaged in the automotive industry. The Engineering segment comprises companies engaged in the engineering industry, including inert gas glove box systems and automatically controlled valves, among others. The Medical engineering/Life Science segment comprises small and medium-sized companies engaged in the healthcare sector. Metal/Metal Processing segment focuses on the base materials processing industry. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, including IEF Werner GmbH and COMPUTEC AG.
